Kane did an extraordinary job. He was very organized, extremely meticulous, professional and a wonderful ambassador for Stepahead. Plus, he was polite and courteous, quietly getting on with his job. I thoroughly recommend Kane and his workmanship.

Receiving the timber a few days before the work is completed is a GRAND idea, it allowed us to paint the disks and the handrails to an advanced stage of preparation. Now that the handrails are installed, we simply have some ‘touch-ups’ to complete. I recommend that you offer all similar customers this option.

We accepted a quote from Stepahead Carpentry and Josh mentioned that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for installation. So we were amazed when Adam rang us within 2 days of accepting the quote to ask whether he could come and do the installation. Joe installed the balustrade and railing for us and we were impressed with his attention to detail and professional manner. Thank you – great service! Glen installed a large mantelpiece for our home. He is a a true craftsman, the look and finish surpassed our expectation.
